Masters' Union began as Masters' Union School of Business, a practitioner-led business and technology school based at DLF Cyber Park in Gurugram, Haryana, and its official website now presents it as Masters' Union University. It launched around 2020 with a flagship postgraduate programme in Technology and Business Management and has since added undergraduate, executive, family-business and short immersion programmes in areas such as data science and AI, design, finance and sports management. The institution's core idea is learning by building real businesses. Students run a Dropshipping Challenge to launch e-commerce stores, a Venture Initiation Programme that takes startups from idea to launch, and a Consulting Challenge that works with more than 100 companies. They also manage a Rs 5 crore student investment fund and pitch to 150+ investors at Demo Day, with student ventures reported to have secured over Rs 60 crore in funding. Its faculty model is deliberately industry-heavy: 40 percent practitioners, 30 percent full-time academics and 30 percent visiting professors from schools such as Harvard, Stanford and Wharton. The university reports 250+ CXOs on campus, 500+ mentors, 30+ corporate partners that help co-create the curriculum, and 50+ domestic and international immersions each year. Masters' Union offers global undergraduate tracks with Illinois Tech in the United States and Griffith University in Australia, and it is affiliated with NSDC as a training partner. It also has a campus-special partnership with Shark Tank India, and its location among Fortune 500 and consulting offices at DLF Cyberpark gives students close access to recruiters and mentors.
