1. What Edee Apply is
Edee Apply, an initiative of Career Basket Services Pvt. Ltd. (CBS Group of Companies), is a college-application enablement platform. Students discover participating institutions, check eligibility, shortlist programmes and file applications; institutions receive and decide those applications. Edee Apply does not admit students — every admission decision rests solely with the respective institution.
2. Accounts and roles
Students create their own accounts. College, coaching-centre and admin accounts are issued by an administrator as single-use set-password links; an invite sent to the wrong address creates no account until its recipient opens it and chooses a password. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account.
3. Accurate information
Details you submit — identity, academics, contact information — must be accurate, complete and up to date. False, incomplete or misleading submissions may be rejected, and applications built on them can be withdrawn by the institution.
4. Applications and eligibility
Eligibility indicators on the platform are guidance computed from institution-configured criteria, not offers of admission. Programmes may ask for additional information or documents after submission; follow the instructions on your dashboard. Submitted applications are governed by the institution's rules alongside these terms.
5. Fees and payments
Application fees are set by each institution and shown with a complete breakup before you pay; payments are processed by Razorpay. Refunds, if any, follow the individual institution's refund policy — Edee Apply does not promise refunds. If a payment is debited but unresolved, check your dashboard and contact support with your registered mobile number, email ID and transaction reference.
6. Acceptable use
Use the platform only for lawful purposes. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access to any part of it, submit false or harmful information, or act in ways that damage the reputation or operations of CBS Group of Companies. Accounts breaching these terms may be suspended.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this platform — text, images, logos, graphics and design — is the property of CBS Group of Companies or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Do not copy, reproduce or distribute it without prior written permission.
8. Liability
Every effort is made to keep platform information accurate and up to date. To the extent permitted by law, CBS Group of Companies is not liable for decisions institutions make on applications, nor for loss arising from inaccurate user-submitted information. Use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
