Edee Apply is a unified college application platform from CBS Group of Companies. It helps students discover participating colleges and programmes, understand eligibility, build a shortlist, complete one core student profile and apply through one digital journey.
Students exploring undergraduate or postgraduate admissions can create an account and use the platform for the partner institutions and programmes available at that time. Availability may differ by intake, programme, location and university.
Edee Apply is a student-facing digital initiative of CBS Group of Companies. CBS works across the education ecosystem through educator networks, student engagement initiatives, university partnerships and platforms that help connect guidance with opportunity.
The platform is designed to reduce repeated form-filling. You create one core profile, keep your shortlisted options together and use the same base information across participating institutions. A university may still ask for additional information or documents where required.
Your core profile is created once and reused across participating institutions. If a university needs programme-specific information, declarations or additional documents, Edee Apply may ask you to complete those items before that application can be submitted.
Yes. You can shortlist and apply to multiple participating colleges and programmes from your Edee Apply account, subject to the eligibility requirements, application timelines and fees of each institution.
You enter your academic information once. The platform can then show eligibility information for participating programmes based on the criteria configured by the university. Eligibility shown on the platform is a guidance step and does not itself confirm admission.
No. Eligibility only indicates that your profile may meet the stated entry criteria for a programme. Final admission decisions are made by the respective university or college according to its selection process, document verification, entrance requirements and admission policies.
Keep your mobile number, email ID, personal details, academic records and basic programme preferences ready. Depending on the institution, you may later be asked for marksheets, identity documents, photographs, entrance-test details or other supporting documents.
Applicable fees should be shown clearly before payment. Where consolidated checkout is enabled, you may be able to pay for multiple selected applications together. The final fee breakup should always be visible before you confirm payment.
Refund rules can vary by institution and by fee type. Students should review the fee and refund terms shown for the relevant application before payment.
Any platform, processing or service charge, if applicable, is displayed clearly before payment. You can review the complete amount and fee breakup before confirming a transaction.
You can update profile information while building your application. Once an application has been submitted to an institution, some fields may become locked or may require support to change. The platform shows what can still be edited.
Yes. Submitted applications and available status updates can be viewed from your dashboard. Where an institution requests additional information or documents through the platform, those next actions are also visible.
You may receive a request to upload additional documents or complete programme-specific information. Follow the instructions shown in your dashboard and complete the requirement within the stated timeline.
You can manage your shortlist before submission. Once an application has been paid for or submitted, changes depend on the university and platform rules applicable to that application.
First check the payment status in your dashboard. If the transaction remains unresolved, use the Edee Apply support form with your registered mobile number, email ID and transaction reference so the team can review it.
Your information is used to support the college discovery, eligibility and application journey and, where you apply, to share the required application information with the relevant institution. Data handling follows the platform Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and applicable consent requirements.
No. Scholarships, fee waivers and admissions are governed by the respective institution or programme terms. Edee Apply may display available opportunities, but the final decision remains with the institution.
Yes. Partner coaching institutions may help students understand available options and the application journey. Where authorised and enabled, they may also receive limited visibility into student progression. The student remains responsible for reviewing and submitting accurate information.
Use the Edee Apply support or enquiry form and select the nature of your query. Share your registered mobile number or email ID and a clear description of the issue so the support team can assist you.
