College Overview
IILM University traces its roots to 1993, when the Institute of Integrated Learning in Management began as a management school under the Ram Krishan & Sons Charitable Trust, starting small with about 60 students at Lodhi Road, New Delhi. Over three decades it has grown into a multi-campus group. The Gurugram campus received university status in 2018 under the Haryana Private Universities (Amendment) Act, and the Greater Noida campus became a university in 2022 under the Uttar Pradesh Private Universities (Amendment) Act. IILM is best known as a business-school-led university that has widened into liberal arts, law, psychology, media and communication, design, and computer science and engineering. Its management curriculum is described as integrated and experiential, benchmarked against leading US business schools, and the university reports more than 30 academic collaborations in India and abroad. IILM states its vision as becoming India's most innovative university, with a deeper purpose of creating sustainable value for society. The Greater Noida university describes its identity as global, inclusive and responsible, with a focus on computer science, technology, innovation and entrepreneurship. Eduniversal ranked IILM 11th among Indian business schools in 2015, and a student incubation centre supports early-stage entrepreneurial ideas. The campuses are green and centrally located across Delhi-NCR: a seven-acre campus on Golf Course Road in Gurugram, a 26-acre campus in Knowledge Park II, Greater Noida, and the three-acre Lodhi Road campus in New Delhi, alongside sister academies in Jaipur and Lucknow. The university cites an alumni network of more than 12,000 professionals and a recruiter base of over 400 companies.
